Who we are
This website is the personal site of Mehrnoosh Carholic, an automotive content creator based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this policy, "we" means Mehrnoosh Carholic and the team who manage the site.
What we collect through the inquiry form
When you send an inquiry, we receive your name, company, email address, the type of collaboration and your message. We use these details only to reply to you and to discuss the project you describe. We keep inquiries for up to 24 months, then delete them unless we are working together.
Form submissions are delivered by email or to our customer relationship tool through a secure server function. They are not published and are not sold or shared for marketing.
Embedded social media
Pages on this site show videos and posts from YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and Threads. Titles and captions are fetched by our own server. Thumbnails and post images load from the platforms' image servers, which can see your IP address. A video player loads only when you choose to play it. Selected Instagram and Facebook posts load the platform's official embed when you scroll to them, and that platform can then see your visit. Videos play from youtube-nocookie.com, and each platform's own privacy policy applies to its content.
Analytics
If analytics are switched on, we use a privacy-focused service that does not set advertising cookies or build profiles of individual visitors. It records page views and general information such as country and device type.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the details you sent through the form. Send the request through the same form and we will act on it within 30 days.
Changes
We will update this page when the way we handle data changes, and change the date at the top.
